A workshop that had outgrown its website

The previous site ran on an aging template that took over four seconds to load on mobile, served only Bulgarian, and hid every inquiry behind a single generic contact form in the footer. Products appeared as a flat photo gallery with no detail or context, there was no analytics to see what visitors did, and search rankings had been sliding for months. For a workshop whose entire value is craftsmanship, the website made the work look ordinary and gave serious buyers no easy way in.

    Crawled the existing site, benchmarked Core Web Vitals, and mapped 80+ URLs that needed redirects to protect rankings.

    Restructured the range into clear categories (table tops, bases, materials) with detail pages built to both rank and convert.

    Bilingual rebuild

    Rebuilt the site in Bulgarian and English on a fast, responsive design, with the product galleries and finishes front and center.

    Added a guided project-inquiry flow and contextual calls to action on every product page, turning interest into a conversation in one click.
