What you can do
Design the tracker once
Set your competitors, brand attributes, markets and audiences in Settings. The questionnaire is drafted from that design, so the aided list, the choice questions and the screener always match it.
Waves you can compare
Field the tracker wave by wave. A change to the questionnaire after a wave has fielded asks for a reason, and the break is marked on every trend it affects.
Plan the sample before you buy it
Quotas by market and audience, and the smallest movement each wave can detect, shown before fieldwork is bought rather than after it reports nothing.
A funnel that fits your category
Awareness through to advocacy, shaped to how your category buys, so a repertoire category and a considered purchase are not forced into the same funnel.
Competition and expectations
Where you rank against the brands you compete with, which attributes people expect, and whether your brand delivers on them.
Priorities and impact
What to fix first, and what changed after you acted, with every movement tested and “within noise” shown as clearly as a result.
Read-outs that send themselves
Executive, detailed or presentation packs built from the figures at send time, emailed on a schedule. A wave still in field is labelled as provisional on every page, and a pack is held back when too few new responses have arrived.
Honest about what it cannot say
A tracker sees what moved between waves, not why. Brand Experience reports a real movement as real, and does not claim a campaign caused it. Published sector figures are shown as a position, never as a test against your own sample.
Languages
The tracker uses the same language and translation controls as the rest of Hub, with every translated question reviewed before it is fielded.
