Digital Experience

Digital Experience shows what visitors do on your website and asks them how it felt, at the moment it matters. One snippet gives you analytics, replay, heatmaps, friction signals and targeted feedback.

What you can do

Web analytics

Visits, people, page views and engaged time, top pages and sections, downloads, devices, languages, locations, acquisition, live visitors and page flow. Choose between your website and your app, switch between sites, and compare any window with the period before.

Every figure opens its visits

Click a figure to see the visits behind it, and open any visit to replay what that visitor saw.

Session replay

Watch real sessions with a full event timeline. Replay is opt-in per site.

Heatmaps

Most-clicked elements, scroll depth, and click overlays on a stored copy of the page as visitors saw it.

Friction detection

Rage clicks, dead clicks and JavaScript errors, ranked so the worst problems surface first.

Targeted intercepts

Ask NPS, rating, emoji, thumbs, yes/no or choice questions with an optional comment, or open a full survey.

Voice

How many people answered, the response rate and the score over time by survey and journey stage. Comments are filed into the same topics as Customer Experience and split by score, every answer is tied to the visit that produced it, and comments can be translated into your own language.

When an intercept appears

Intercepts can be shown on a delay, on exit intent, on a route or element, on a custom event, or when a visitor shows a behaviour worth asking about:

  • Rage clicks or an error on the page.
  • Scroll depth, dwell time, idle time or pages visited.
  • Abandoning a form, basket value, time on site or number of visits.
  • Exit intent on phones as well as on desktop.
  • Targeting by site, URL and domain, start and stop dates, response quotas, a cooldown after dismissal, and A/B variants, with a live preview before publishing.
  • A quiet period you set yourself, so one person is not asked again too soon.
  • Questions are never shown to crawlers, and crawler visits are kept out of your figures by default, with a view of them on their own when you want it.

Privacy

  • A consent flag in the snippet, so tracking follows your cookie banner.
  • Visitor erasure on request.
  • An activity log of every settings and intercept change.
