Acting on feedback

Action Plans

Action Plans turn a finding into work with an owner, a deadline, a baseline and a target, and then answer the question most improvement programmes never do: did it work?

Aggiornato

Built for: CX leaders, managers and anyone who owns a fix.

What you can do

Plans with a target

Owner, priority, due date and tags, with the kind of number you are moving, which way is better, a baseline and a target.

Tasks people actually finish

Tasks inside a plan or on their own, with an assignee, due date, notes, and open, in progress, blocked and done states.

Did it work?

Record readings as results come in. Each plan gets a verdict, such as hit, short or went the wrong way, tested against its baseline, and too few answers are called out instead of guessed.

What needs attention

An overview of open, overdue and blocked tasks, results that went the wrong way, plans with no owner and invites nobody accepted.

Tie it to the evidence

Link a plan to the finding that started it: a CX topic, a value band, a digital friction point or a root cause, and see insights that still have no plan.

Tell people what changed

The assignee hears when a task is assigned, and the assignee and plan owner hear when its status changes or a note is added, in the app and by email, each with their own switch.

A full change history

Who changed what on every plan and task, with the value before and after.

Views for everyone

Tasks, plans on a board or list, the overview, and a team view by owner.
