A large organization was hiring at scale across multiple roles and regions. Recruiters spent most of their time on initial screening—résumés, cover letters, and basic fit—which created bottlenecks and inconsistency. Some hiring managers wanted speed; others wanted rigor and auditability. HR needed a way to shortlist candidates faster while applying the same criteria and keeping a clear record for compliance.
We were asked to design and deploy an AI-powered talent screening agent: ingest applications, score against role-specific criteria, flag potential bias, and produce a ranked shortlist with explanations so recruiters could review and advance candidates with confidence.
